CICD is proud to facilitate the creation of affordable housing units in struggling communities where large numbers of Caribbean immigrants reside. Through collaborations with government agencies, real estate developers and other partners, CICD procures and develops real estate for use by low income occupants. Our affordable housing units are environmentally conscious, ethically financed and prioritize the health and well-being of residents.
